Does the P3 system require complex plumbing or installation?

Not at all. The P3 series is a “Plug-and-Play” system. No tools or faucet connections are required. Simply plug it into a power outlet, fill the feed tank with tap water, and it’s ready to provide purified water instantly.

How often do I need to replace the filters?

For optimal performance and water safety, we recommend replacing the filters every 6 months. The system features a built-in smart indicator that will flash to remind you when it’s time for a change, ensuring you never miss a maintenance cycle.

What is the difference between P3A and P3 models?

The main difference lies in the final stage of filtration. P3A features a Mineralization filter that adds essential minerals back for a healthy, alkaline pH. P3 uses an Activated Carbon filter designed to polish the taste for ultra-pure, crisp water.

What is the drain water ratio of the system?

Our P3 series is highly efficient with an industry-leading 3.5:1 pure-to-drain ratio. This means for every 3.5 cups of pure water produced, only 1 cup is discarded, significantly reducing water waste compared to traditional RO systems.

Can I use well water with this countertop RO system?

We recommend using municipal tap water (TDS < 500 ppm). If using well water, please ensure it has been pre-filtered through a whole-house system to remove large particles or heavy sediment, which helps prevent premature clogging of the RO membrane.
